feat: add title and message as parameters in pull request

Merged Eva Martin del Pico requested to merge pr-parameters into main

Compatible with old endpoint. The default values for title and message are:

  • title: "Metadata for this software"
  • message: "Description of this software (`${filename}`) generated by OEB FAIR Evaluator added.".

Note that filename is, as in the previous version, a required parameter.
