Major changes are the parallelisation of CV and intregretation of LDM Oversampling Method

The following changes were introduced:

• Introduce LDM as an oversampling method (major change)
• Allow Cross-Validation
• CV steps are launched on different Slurm jobs
• Clean from unused files and commented code and functions
• Update clustering code
