This version of Qemu includes the noel board with the following features:

sparrow support (introduced in v1.0.0)
adapted greth support to run the xtratum io server (introduced in v1.1.0)
added 2 additional APBUART devices to the NOEL model and additionally, fixed an issue regarding the APBUART interrupt that was not being correctly raised. (introduced in v1.2.0)

This version does not support l2cache yet, so the workaround of disabling/removing the l2cache in the hypervisor.xml needs to be done for xtratum to be emulated in this Qemu version.
